History & notes
- Ability to write down notes and track history on (paused) contracts.
You can find this functionality by clicking on a contract, under the "History & notes" tab.
- Ability to pause contracts. A pause can be scheduled up to 3 weeks in the past. When a contract is paused it is also possible to resume the contract or extend the pause.
To pause a contract: navigate to Sales > Contracts, then click on a contract.
Step 1. Click on "More options" at the top-right corner, then "Pause contract".
Step 2. Select the desired dates and click on "Schedule pause".
